Hanging out with Leland and Leanna, oh and Dan!!

Today at work Lee and Carole brought the grandbabies there. Because we have the new building going up they had a photographer there doing pictures for advertising reasons with the doctors that will be working out of the new building. They needed fake patients to have pictures with them in medical settings. They wanted Leanna at first for the newborn shot but shes just so tiny that she would have gotton to cold on the scale so they got a three month old instead who was very cute. Leland got to do the toddler shots with his mum and dad and Dr Fillmore. What was so funny was that Jen our manager had taken out time off his schedule for the shoot and when she checked to make sure it was still good noticed that Leland besides being in the shoot with him was also his first app after the shoot. lol. So besides being a fake pt he was also a real one. lol. Lee also was the fake patient for our new doctor Dr Sandersen. Hes fresh out of medical school. And then Dan (Heathers boyfriend) was the fake patient for Dr Kone who will be comming out to work with us in the new building. It was kinda funny that so many of my family members were in the shoots and will be the advertising for years to come. lol. The best part of it was that when Lee and Carole took Leland for his i got to babysit Leanna. She hang out with her Nanny and sat on her desk and even let Nanny do her work. lol. It was very nice to spend that time with her when shes been in the NICU for so long. She was so well behavied i might have to ask Jen if i can take her to work everyday!!!!!! Leland of course was very cute and is such a cute little boy. I could listen to him for hours. I am so lucky to have the three best grandbabies in the whole world. When i got home from work i cooked Pie Mash and we took some over to Lee and Carole so they wouldnt have to cook dinner this evening. It was a great day and its good keeping busy as tomorrow is the anniversary of when my mum passed away and its been good to have kept busy all day. I cant wait to see the pictures. If i can get ahold of them ive post them on here.
