Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers Day to the best fathers i know and ones that totally deserve the title of Daddy. My Daddy, My hubby Ralph, My brother Steve and my two sons Lee and Jay. All show by there example and love, example and honesty every day how much they do deserve the title that they have. Respect has to be earned and these men have done that. They have always taught by love and example never by bullying or demanding and always let there children have there own opinions even if there not there own. They are daddys that will also get down on the floor with there kids and play with them, even dolls when needed. They attend every school function, recital or any other function there kids will be in. Its never not good enough for them. So many here just attend if its only church related. These guys are what make daddys look good and the open honest relationships they have with there kids are proof enough of how right they are doing things. I hope they all have a wonderful day today. I myself am happy that im spending it with my dad for the first time in 26 years. Only the distant has stopped it before now. Im also looking forward to spending it with the other important men in my life. Your example of how to be is first rate. Keep it up.
Happy Fathers Day.
Anyone can be a Father, (and theres plenty walking around with that title) but it takes someone special to be a Daddy!

I would also like to wish my ex father in law a Happy Fathers Day. He still after all these years always sends me a letter and christmas card at christmas. Has always told me what a wonderful family i have and has always supported my decisons to be out here with the kids. He used to be a great extended Dad to me also when i was married to his son. He always on Good Friday shown up at my door (which involved two buses as he didnt drive) with a bunch of flowers and a dozen hot cross buns (a british tradition). He never forgot my birthday and christmas and mothers day. And would always make sure i got a card and a gift and good wishes. For the last 26 years he has still sent me cards and letters and stayed in touch. (as did my ex grandparents until they died and my ex sister in law Lesley still does also). His love for me has always extended though a nasty divorce with his son and my moving his grandsons a long way away. He has always supported me in that decison. He has always been my long distant daddy in law and ive always felt the love he has had for me. Regardless of what i did that affected him. (divorced his son and moved his grandkids away so he never saw them raised) he has contined to love me like a daughter. He is very old and in a home now but i hope he has a wonderful fathers day and his family are able to visit him today.
Happy Fathers Day.
