This past weekend was super busy for us. We didnt stop once. My dad is arriving here on Thursday for six weeks and what with that and the holidays we had tons of things to get ready. We always clean the carpets right before thanksgiving, plus we had Lucy moving back in and Heather and Dan moving back out. lol. So we spent the weekend getting the house in ship shape for the hoildays, we really needed a three day weekend but of course only got two days to do it all in.
Luckily Lucys friend Eden drove her dads truck to St George to put all Lucys stuff in and help her get home, that would have been a pain had we had to do that also. I must admit im glad all our st george trips every weekend are over, it gets old visiting the same place all the time. Anyway Lucy got here safe and shes busy settling in.
Tonight we helped Heather and Dan move into there new apt in south jordan. Its really a nice apt and really large with a garage and a huge bathtub and walk in closets. Just amazing! Its fun seeing Heather setting up home for the first time. We love Dan like hes out son. We really hope they will make the decison to get married at some point but we are happy Heather has him in her life as hes a great person. His mum and i email each other on facebook and shes a really nice lady, she lives in Ma near boston. He comes from a really nice family and im looking forward to meeting his mum, hopefully at christmas.
Now weve just waiting for them to come and pick up there cat and dog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They better come get them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
