The Radio City Rockettes are just amazing. We got to go to there slc show today. I had never really seen them dance, all i had seen was a couple of clips of them over the years on the tv doing there famous kick line but that was all. Even when we went on a tour of Radio City and got to meet some of them last year i still wasnt that excited or impressed by them. It was mainly Lucy that wanted to go see them during there tour here, she had asked me if i would pay for her to try out for them next June in Ca for her birthday and i had told her i would (thousands try out, we wont hold our breath) and so she was just thilled to hear they were coming here over thanksgiving and had been bugging me for tickets for a few months. Money was tight so i wasnt too excited about it but i got four of them anyway and Heather and my dad joined Lucy and i. And all i can say about the show is WOW and double WOW. I had no idea they did such a wide range of Dance! They were just amazing. If any of you get a chance to go see them you really should go, its worth every penny. Its made me want to go to New York now to see them sometime. I really loved the bus dance and the toy soliders i just totally loved. The domino effect was just amazing. Lucy was so excited by it all she grabbed my arm like a little two year old at one point. lol. But it really was great. It was funny when i told my dad we were going to see the Rockettes, he was like WHO? lol, I dont think he was looking forward to it at all and he totally loved it. I know for sure he would go again if he could. It really put us all in the christmas mood. With it being the first one without Mum its been kinda, you know, but this really lifted all our spirits and made us excited for the holidays. Mum would have wanted us to have a great christmas, in fact i know because she told me last year, so it was nice to have a great family show to get us going.
So anyway this show certainly gets the thumbs up from us. If you get a chance go. You wont regret it.
