Happy Birthday Jay And Cory

We did August birthdays yesterday with the tradition cheesecake for Jay and choc cake for Cory. Cory turned 20 last week and Jay turns 31 on Wednesday. It was nice having some of the family over. And cakes were very yummy!!!!

Teenager Liberation Day

 Cory turned 20 yesterday on 08/20/13 and we turned a mileside in our lifes. For the first time in 20 years we didn't have a teenager!!! Lee was 13 by about six weeks when Cory was born so we had a teenager and a new born. Of course since then there has not been a time when we have not had a teenager. Sometimes we had three or four at a time for many years. Well, no more. After 20 years we are done!! Yay! Its crazy our baby is all grown up but its very nice also of course. Hes a great person who has been a joy to rasie. Im proud to call him my son. I hit the jackpot with him. Happy Birthday Cory!

Lagoon Day

Dan works for Wheeler Machiney in slc. Yeserday his company had there yearly Lagoon Day. Tickets just ten dollors each, and that came with a meal. Can you beat that?!!!! Anyway a bunch of us went. We also took Leland and Leanna who had a blast. They went on tons of adult rides as well as kiddie rides and just loved it, couldn't get enough. Leanna reminded me of Hayley at that age who had no fear and wanted to try it all. lol. We took two very sleeply but very happy kids home late last night. Thanks Dan for the tickets!

 Everyone got in on the act of wining the kids some hats that they wanted very badly. They were so happy to have them. Grandpa said that was the best ten dollors he had ever spent. lol.

 Poor Leanna was the first to get wet, but she totally loved it. lol. Dani tried to save her as much as she could.

 Not sure what happened to Leannas face here. Leland loved this ride.

Yea our Logoon Day was a great hit. They both loved it and was so good the whole day and evening we were there. I bet they slept good last night!!!!!
