Last Ever Basketball Game For Us

Although for Lucy her last basketball game was monday, for us it was two days earlier last saturday. Hard to think after six years of her dancing on the sidelines and at halftime at games she no longer will. But how far she has become because of it. So proud of her. It was a great game, they played BYU Hawaii. Crowds were big there. Great game and great last time to see Lucy dance as President of her beloved Rebs. Love ya Babes! Now just showcase left this weekend.

Rebs In San Fran

Well Lucys three years on the Rebs will come to an end in a week when they have there final showcase. She was asked to return for a 4th years on there presideny again but she really feels this needs to be the end and we support her of course in every decision. She has loved her last six years on a drill team (three on high school and three in college) but feels her life needs to go in another direction. She wants to take some dance classes and maybe take a run at trying out for the Rockettes. She feels she at least needs to try a couple of times to have a year doing that. So we will see. She also is heavy involved in being the coach of a HS drill team and wants to put all her time into that. So this weekend we will see Lucy in her last ever basketball game and next weekend her last ever showcase. Will be sad but we are so excited to see where Lucys life will go. She is an excellent coach and we are excited to see what she will do with her girls down the road. Last week the Rebs took there annual trip with the basketball teams and cheerleaders. Last two years were in Hawaii but now they are taking it in turns every year with San Francisco. It was Lucys first trip there and she totally loved it. (she already has permission to still go on the trips with the team every year if she wants even thos shes not on team, lol). But Lucy has done an excellent job of being president for the Rebs this year and i cant wait to see there showcase next week. For anyone in the St George area and want to attend contact me or Lucy.  Co Presidents, Best Friends and roomates for the past few years. Love Miranda. She will be returning next year for her 4th year on Rebs and im happy the two will still be roomates.

Im so happy she had the chance to be on the Rebs. Its memorys and teachings will last with her forever.

Fun At Jay And Emmalees House

When one of the kids have a baby i take a meal over to them and also about three or four other meals for there freezer so they have a little help the first week. Tonight we took over Pie Mash and the extra meals for there freezer. Jayson was in full swing and was thilled with his dinner, then was just so cute playing and talking to us. Theres a lot of pictures of him as he kept telling us. One More! lol. We finally had to tell him. All done! lol. It was a fun evening and baby Seth is just adorable of course. Cant belive how much in love we are with him already. Love love love our grandbabies. Emmalee looked great already and love her new haircut. Seth seems to like the blanket i made for him, i made Hayleys baby one the same in a ligher blue.

 Jayson has this really cute little toy room under the stairs with carpet and lights in it, doors just the right size for him, so cute.
