Lucys New Townhome

Lucy was able to find a really nice townhouse to live in so we had to go down and help her move from her apt. Its amazing how much more stuff she had then when she moved in there two years ago. The townhouse is in a family neigbourhood so shed be away from all the crazy student parties and drugs, which yes she does hear and see all the time at the apts. But really what do you do, wrap your kids in cotton wool and keep them at home or trust them to make correct decisions and let them loose. Anyway we are glad we did find her a nicer place to live away from all that. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and is just really cute. I really would like to buy one myself in a year or two and rent it out to Lucy and her friends or people she knows. Moving from the apt tho means she has no furntiure. She has a tv downstairs in the living room and a nice arm chair to sit in but we had to buy her a bed and a dresser for her room. She does also have a tv for her room. Sad thing was we have two full size beds at home that are not in use that are only a couple of years old and have just been used for guests so in perfect condition. But no way to get one of them down there. So we decided it was cheaper to just buy her a new full size bed and another dresser and keep our guest ones at home. The store gave us a 50.00 discount as shes a student there so she now has a full size bed and a nice dresser in her room. Shes going to take some pictures of her home soon and i will post them when she does. Heres just a few of Ralph putting the mattresses on top of his dads car and also building the dresser for her. The lady in the store offered to deliver the items for free for us but it was just down the street from his dads trailer home for seniors so he just used his dads car instead and did it himself. She has to stay in the summer as she not only teaches at the studio which goes though july but also she is now coaching at the high school there for there drill team and they only get july off too. But hopefully shed be home for a few weeks in july before she heads back for her own drill teams dance camp in LA. It will be her third and last year on the Rebs. Anyway i will do another post when she sends me pictures of her townhome.
