This is my baby holding my new grand baby!! Cory finally got up the courage to hold little Leland. Hes never held a baby before so was pretty scared and was trying to act all cool about it. He got very concered when leland started moving and called out to Carole that Leland was trying to break free!!! lol. The sad thing is it only seems like yeserday when my baby was this small. Where did the time go?
It always makes me laugh when people are afraid to hold babies! Phil was at first too! Now he throws him all over! When new parents are afraid their babies are made of glass I just tell them "they just squeezed through something thats normally the size of a quarter, they're pretty resilient!" haha! My favorite was when people would tell me how to hold MY baby....come on seriously? I would jump in front of a speeding car for him, do you really think I'm not going to be careful?? Anyway Leland is SUCH a cute newborn! Seriously I see lots of them and know which ones are cute (I don't say that if they're not cute, if they aren't, I just say that they're so precious, because they are!) Congratulations on being a grandma! :D I hear its the best! My mom claims that she loves her grand kids more than she loved her own....I can't even imagine loving something more than Nate!!! But he is still just an innocent 7 month old! :D
