I just wanted to brag a few minutes about how wonderful this group of girls are. They are the Bingham Minerettes and there drill teachers Morgan and Julie are the best in the world. Morgan has taken this team to four state championships in the past five years. Something that no other coach or team has ever done before. Of course the pressure on these girls is pretty amazing. People just want to see them go down or whatever is in there minds. Its just the way of any sports. The team thats been at the top so long etc etc. But these girls contine to fight to stay up there. And they are having an amazing year this year with excellent dance routines. I think any group of girls that are willing to dance at 5.00am in the morning and often till late at night every day and give up free time with there friends and school dances once in awhile deserve a hats off from most. Besides doing all that they do great community service. They raised over a thousand dollors for relay for life last june and this past dece although being in the middle of tough comp season, they took care of two families during the christmas season. Being on this team i know will teach Lucy and the other girls lessons for life. We dont know the outcome of Region and State this year but regardless of that these girls have learnt some vaulable lessons and have learnt how important it is to work as a team and what can be done by doing so. That of course is more important then any award they recd. (tho awards are nice of course. lol.) Besides all these things, these girls are the coolest girls ive ever met, they are the real deal. Besides being some of the most skilled dancers in the country they are as down to earth as you can be. They love each other so much and take care of each other in every way. With so many injurys this year its been hard on them but they still make sure they carry the injured dancers on the floor at award time.
