Count Your Blessings

Today at work it really hit me about how many blessings i really do have in my life. It has felt like the last year that we have been hit by crazy events in our life. One after the other. The amount of baby blankets im knitting is pretty amazing. Its a great stress outlet. lol. But anyway while at work today there was one of our pts who was very tearful at checking in. And very rightly so. She told us that on Dece 1st her 32 year old daughter who had had surgery passed away due to problems after the surgery. She left behind three little kids. As if that wasnt enough to deal with, on Jan 13th her mother passed away. A week later her very best friend passed away. And to top it off last wednesday her husband passed away. Yes this lady is for real!!!! I cant even imgine the raw pain she is going thought but it broke my heart seeing it in her eyes. It really brought home yet again how much i have in my life and how thankful i am for everyone in my life. All of you that are reading this. I love you all very much and i am blessed everyday to have you in my life. Everyday is a gift that we should never forget or take for granted. I am so blessed and i hope ive never forget it.
