We all spent the day last sunday in colchester which is where my parents retired too five years ago. Mum loved her life there, the wonderful little shopping area and the castle where there was always something going on. We did a tour of the castle which was build back in the tenth century tho it was built on the grounds of an old temple that was over two thousand years old. It was amazing. Its the oldest recorded town in england and we even had our pictures taken by the orginal Roman wall which still part of it stands around colchester.

ITS AN AMAZING TOWN AND I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AND EXPLORE SOMEMORE. THEY SAID THAT WHEN BUILDERS ARE DIGGING THEY STILL COME ACROSS THE REMAINS OF ROMAN SOLIDERS FROM THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO.
