Working On The Car

It looks like the boys are having some kind of tea party outside, but they are working on my car. We are way behind on car repairs due to Ralphs hospital visits this past month. In oct my car had to have 1.500 transmission repairs done so brakes kinda got forgotton about in oct. Then nove Ralphs been in hospital twice. He did put the snow tires on the day before he went back in hospital but that was it. He just hasn't felt well enough to do brakes. The day he went into hospital again we figured out my car was un driveable and so we used Lucys car for hospital visits. We don't usually let our cars get this bad but we had an excuse of course. Well I needed the car for work tomorrow so we had to ask for help. Its hard asking for help, even if it is just for an hour. Ralph is always one to help people even if it takes time from someone or something else but he has a hard time asking. But it was just an hour help we needed luckily and thankfully Lee was willing to help. Ralph of course had to supervise and still be involved. lol. But very grateful for Lee taking time out from his family to help us. Hard to do when its over the holiday break and you have other things to do and people to see so extra grateful for him yesterday. Thanks to Cory too for helping. Cory has really stepped up here the last week around the house with Ralph not being able to do much. Very grateful he still lives here to help me. lol. It has been very touching to me to see how our kids and there wifes, hubs, finance, girlfriends etc have all joined together to help us this month. Both of my daughter in laws had surgery also during Ralphs two hospital stays so its been a very busy month with lots of needs. But has really touched my heart in how everyone joined together to make sure everyone was taken care of. Heather and Dan hosted thanksgiving and Heather and Carole made sure that I didn't have to do or worry about anything this past week other then Ralph. Emmalee also while recoving from surgery herself and having an infection still made sure rolls and other things were taken care of for thanksgiving and that we were all right. The kids that were in town (all but Hayley) all came to the hospital more then once. Hayley faced time us of course and made sure we were all okay, even tho she had family visiting her for thanksgiving this year and was crazy busy herself. Thank you everyone. Love you all.
