Today was Mothers Day and Hayley and I was very happy to spend it together for the first time in four years. She was supposed to have surprised me two years ago on mothers day with a visit but Aarons deployment date got changed and she couldn't come to Utah after all. This time it was really nice as it was her first mothers day. We had the whole day planned. Aaron had booked a boat for us to go out to the sandbar and then to Bellas Beach in the afternoon and Lulus for dinner that evening. Sadly we woke up to terrible winds, rain and it was too dangerous to go out on a boat. So we went to breakfast and then drove around to different beaches to do shopping and just to see things that Cory hadn't seen. Then that afternoon we all met up again and went to Lulus for lunch. Its crazy how one part of the island can be stormy and having flash floods and the other its hot and everyones on a beach. lol. But all in all although we didn't get to do all we had planned we had a wonderful mothers day and we took some family pictures afterwards on the beaches. Oh the other people in the pictures are Randy and Julie from Iowa, Aarons dad and step mom.
