Hayleys Utah Baby Shower

Whew! What a busy day it was again on the Monday. We headed over to Connies Club House that morning and got it all decorated for the evening. We then headed to Layton to Taste Of Britain for lunch. On the way home we did a bunch of errands. Balloons, Pototo Salad from Village Bakery and some items from Costco. We got home in time to get the food ready and then headed back to the club house. Picked up Cake on way there. It went off really well. Hayley was thilled to see her old friends that she never sees anymore. And boy did she get a lot of stuff. She needs to have twins now. lol. It went off really well tho and thanks to everyone who helped and came out. Sadly a couple of people felt the need to come out and totally blank me out. (yeah one of the hosts and mother of the person whos shower it was). But when i really think about it. it was better that way as i really didnt want to talk to them anyway if im honest. lol. But Ralph and i remarked afterwards what a reflection it is on there poor behavier to contine to act the way they do. He felt they only came to see him as they just wanted to talk to him and left right after. lol. He said it was a very one sided conversation with both.  Some things wont ever change.  I learnt a long time ago not to let it get under my skin. Peoples behavier reflect them and them only. Heather did a great job with the games with Lucys help and Emmalee brought the Fruit bowel which was yummy. We were happy with how it turned out. Thanks Connie for letting us use the Club House and thanks for helping us clean up afterwards. And like i said that baby is good for his first 18 months for gear. lol.

 You cant see all the stuff below, theres a huge suitcase behind her totally full and another three huge gift bags full of stuff.

 As Auntie Hayley wasnt able to take these balloons home, Jayson was thilled too. lol. Early balloons for his new brother coming in another week. Also on the table is the fake cake i made and a Navy Bear that sings the Naval song. lol.

 Tableclothes didnt quite fit, oh well!!!!

 Lucy put together a cute washing line full of baby clothes. Isnt it darling. Too bad its too dark to see.

 The cake was very yummy.

 I love my Jayson bug very very muich!!!! Hes a mini Jay (his dad) but with lighter hair.

 Ralph took the pictures for us. Him, my dad and Dan hung out in the living room part of the club house and were a great help setting up and taking down. We let them eat of course.

 Maryanne is a sweet heart. Worked for years with Hayley at target.

 Thanks Dan for taking Jayson bug for awhile while we were busy. He loves his Uncle Dan.

 It was so cool to see Hayleys old friends again, some i have not seen for a long time.

 Ha ha, this was the next day. Lucy cleaning off her car for the long drive back to St George.

 And Lucy driving home. Shes braver then me!

And some of the stuff again. Thanks everyone for helping to make Hayleys Shower so great. Now im all caught up on all our Jan fun we had.
