Halloween powell style

We do not like Halloween at our house, Sorry but we just dont!!! My biggest thrill was when out kids were too old to want to trick and treat and we were able to make sure we were never home anymore. But i must admit its fun to visit the grandkids and see them in there costumes. There too young to trick and treat right now but i will make sure im home when they start trick and treating. Leland may have gone last night but his daddy was working and it was just not good weather. So we did reserve trick and treating and went to him. Jayson of course is too young to go at four months old, lol. Leland was so freaking funny, he did the shy boy with us and wouldnt look at us for around 15 mins. He did everything he could to avoid eye contact with us. Tho he did grab his candy bag and threw it at his mummy so she could take care of it for him, before he hid his face again. lol. After about 15 mins, he came to life and started treating his Nanny like a jungle gym!!!!!!! Seems to really like charging at me and bouncing off me like im a trampline or something. lol. We were sorry to have to leave him as we were having so much fun with him but Dan was waiting for us at Texas Roadhouse so we had to leave. We wanted Carole and Leland to come with us but Lee had his car seat at work so they wasnt able to go with us. Weve have to take them next time we go (with Lee also). So then onto Texas Roadhouse we went. Where else on Halloween night can you walk right in with no wait!!!! lol. We had an awesome meal with great company. By the time we got home all the trick and treaters had long gone!!!!!!!!! How sad!!!!!!!! lol. At least ive got tons of candy here for the grandkids for the next six months. lol.

Hes just so stinking cute, I cant beleive hes going to be 2 in Dece and will have a baby sister Leanna in Jan. Time goes by so fast.
