Last saturday saw us bright and early leave for st george. In the snow and dark none other. But it was a great trip and we had a lot of fun. We arrived in time for lunch and then to go to Lucys game where she danced at half time. Then we did some christmas shopping for the grandbabies and decided to do a fast trip to Zions to Lava Point. (i think thats the correct name). Luckily i had my good old snow tires on my car or it never would have gotton up those roads and hills in the snow. It was freezing there and we didnt stay long but it was a beauitful place and would be nice to visit in the summer. lol. We then got back and had a late dinner at Olive Garden. We finally checked into our hotel and were pretty exhausted. It had been a long but very fun day. Next morning after a yummy breakfast we drove home. All the kids came over for dinner that evening and Emmalee and Jay made a very yummy dinner for us. So nice to have someone else do it. lol. There was a lot of us and it was really nice of them to do that for us all. So all in all we had a wonderful fun weekend. Heres some pictures.
Yes it was cold enough that i was putting a second coat on over my first one, and look at Lucy with her blanket on over her very warm coat. lol.
This was the only picture we got of Ralph this weekend. It turned out pretty good huh?
Yeah next time weve go there in the summer. lol.
